Any hardware, software and services supplied on a monthly agreement always remain the property of IT Next Generation.  By placing and order, making a payment or accepting delivery of hardware, software or services you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
IT Next Generation is not liable for any losses that may be incurred using hardware, software or services supplied by IT Next Generation except as required by Australian laws.
